Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

All orders are delivered within 6–10 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your delivery at every step.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@houseofgloam.com and we will look into this for you.

Delays

Whilst we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the stated timeframe, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Factors outside our control — including courier delays and busy periods — may occasionally affect delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, please get in touch and we will resolve this promptly.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. House of Gloam is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.
