These terms of service govern your use of houseofgloam.com and any purchases made through it. By placing an order with House of Gloam you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Because some of our products use natural materials — including travertine and marble — there will be natural variation in veining, tone, and texture between individual pieces. This is not a defect; it is inherent to the material. Product images are representative and your item may vary slightly.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.

5. Orders

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example in the case of a pricing error or stock issue. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.

6. Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. House of Gloam does not store your full payment details.

7. Delivery

Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

8. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right contact us at info@houseofgloam.com within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or not as described. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us at info@houseofgloam.com within 30 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

10. Warranty

All products sold by House of Gloam carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Gloam's liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
